We have established a quality policy that aligns with the purpose and context of our company. This policy provides a framework for setting and reviewing objectives, in addition to our commitment to meeting relevant customer requirements and regulatory and statutory requirements as well as our commitment to the continuous improvement of our management system.
Customer Focus: As a company we are committed to understanding current and future customer needs, meeting customer requirements and striving to exceed expectations.
Leadership: The management is committed to creating and maintaining a work environment in which people can be involved in achieving our objectives.
Engagement of People: As a company we recognize that people are the essence of a good business and their full involvement enables the use of their abilities to our benefit.
Process Approach: As a company we understand that a desired result is achieved more efficiently when activities and related resources are managed as a process or a series of related processes.
Improvement: We are committed to achieving continuous improvements in all aspects of our quality management system. This is one of our main annual objectives.
Evidence-Based Decision Making: As a company we are committed to making decisions related to our QMS only after analyzing all relevant data and information.
Relationship Management: Pollmeier Maschinenbau recognizes that a company's relationships with its external suppliers are interdependent and a mutually beneficial relationship enhances the ability of both parties to create value. Our policy also includes meeting the requirements of all interested parties and our social, environmental, charitable, regulatory and statutory responsibilities.
We take into account both external and internal conditions as well as the expectations of relevant interested parties when aligning our quality management system. This also includes changing market, environmental and contextual factors that may influence our customers, our business activities and our strategic direction. We incorporate these aspects into the definition of our quality objectives, our decision‑making processes and our management review.
